3.1 Deposits

If your deposit for a given session was 249 USD/EUR/GBP/AUD or less, the maximum withdrawal for that session is capped at 10x the deposit amount. Any remaining balance above that cap is cleared as non-withdrawable. 3.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

5.4 Cashback Terms

Cashback won from a Tournament prize, Raffle prize, or Special Promotion is capped at 2x the cashback bonus. Cashback funds are non-withdrawable and may be deducted from a pending withdrawal. Players with a pending withdrawal or an account balance exceeding 100 USD/EUR/GBP are not eligible for tournament prizes, raffle cash, or any cashback or special promotion.

6. Dormant Accounts and Account Closure

If you do not log in or place a single wager for a period of 120 consecutive days, we consider your account dormant. At that point, we are entitled to claim the remaining account balance, and any funds are forfeited. Any funds remaining in an account at the time of closure — including pending withdrawals — cannot be withdrawn.

7. Refunds

We consider refund requests only within 24 hours of the original deposit. Refund processing fees are as follows: Paper Check — 55.00; SEPA wire — 20.00; SWIFT wire — 75.00. Crypto deposits under $25 cannot be refunded and will be credited as deposit credits to your account.
